Gaterie frozen yoghurt

The Wed expo 2013 was indeed a big one no doubt about it and had so many new and big wedding vendors. I was already leaving the exhibition hall when i saw a stand for Gaterie Yoghurt with a smile coming from the owner i guess, and she said to me 'do you want to try' trust me immediately i told her i was on diet and she said to me 'this is healthy' and i just gave in. WoW it was really really good and i looked at the name again and yes! i said to her, i have been looking for you cos i was served with their dessert at a wedding not too long ago and i totally forgot to get the vendor for her contact. I totally love the frozen yoghurt, not too sweet and its healthy, cos i was able to ask her about the nutritional value of it and its totally healthy for anyone.

Here is there website  www.mygaterie.com

"While working in the buzzing city of London, it was hard for me not to notice the many frozen yoghurt shops popping up all over the city. As a Nigerian brought up in London, I often travelled home to Lagos. But after attending countless weddings and birthday parties in and around the city, I realized that frozen yoghurt would be the perfect addition to any social event! And so, I decided to start a catering service that offers soft-serve frozen yoghurt as well as tasty desserts to all functions and events.
Since we opened back in August 2011, Gâterie has catered for weddings, children's parties, baby showers, and corporate events. Our desserts really are yummy, and word of mouth has meant that our name has spread fast. Our creativity, enthusiasm, and above all our delicious yoghurts and desserts mean that you never walk away from Gâterie disappointed!
We work hard to move forward and create frozen yoghurt in a way that hasn't been done before. But we don't stop there: we also make to-die-for brownies, fluffy waffles and crispy crêpes. We even plan to expand our menu in the near future – so watch out!                           -Tito Ogunruku

WedExpo 2013

There is no doubt that the WEDexpo 2013 was a big event and maybe the largest in Africa. I made a tour of the whole exhibition hall and i came and saw......lol. The hall was beautiful, cool and fun, cos there were lots of cake and food tasting.
I observed that most wedding vendor have one thing in common and thats WEDDING DECORATION. I love everything i saw and it was amazing. New trends in the big wedding industry. From beautiful center pieces to new crystal cake designs and a whole lot more. In the coming days, i will share my review of some vendors that invited me in for their try-outs. I look forward to the next edition and also The monthly WEDDING NETWORK EVENT

Choral vs Crystal for Ibibio bride

I heard from my sister today while we were out shopping for her wedding and then she mentioned to me that Akwa Ibom brides dont wear choral beads as part of their bridal costume because choral beads is not a part of their tradition. The question is now what will i do now? I then immediately remembered that Mrs Tuface Idibia didnt have one on too and she looked gorgeous with her simple crystal beads. If you are an Ibibio wife or bride, here are some tips or suggestions of beads that you can rock. I will still do my research on their wedding traditions and more.

Pre Wedding Diet

The pre wedding running around and planning might leave you with very little or no time for a routine exercise. So here’s the work around, choose a diet plan or maintain a tab on your food intake.  This will not only speed up your weight loss but will also tone your muscles and ensure higher blood circulation, which will drape you with a glowing skin.
Watch Your Eating Habits
You need to keep a watch not only on how much you are eating but what you are eating as well. For women the secret is to limit calorie intake to 1600 calories or lesser per day. Breakfast is the meal which keeps you running throughout the day. You can choose to breakfast like a queen, accommodate lunch like a princess and dinner like a beggar. Keep your hands off from those tempting sweets. Healthy snacks like vegetables, fruits and nuts will not only help contain hunger pangs but will keep your energy level high and avoid the big serving you plan to pamper yourself during your meals too. They will also supply you with all the vitamins and nutrition needed for your busy future days.
Drinking large amount of water will not only keep your stomach full but also acts as de-toxin. Eight glasses of water is highly recommended for an individual. Try to avoid the diet sodas and instead fill in a filtered water pitcher for better-tasting water. You can also add a few lemons to your water bottle to give you a tangy flavor.
Exercise Works Wonders
Just doing any form of exercise daily for twenty minutes will do wonders to help lose your calories. Choose a particular time during the day when you are pumped with energy and do what ever you like – yoga, aerobics, walk, salsa etc. You can choose to burn the calories even at work by taking the stairs instead of the lift. Basically, you need to push your body out of the “comfort zone” and work out with great intensity even if you choose to do it only thrice a week. Also ensure that you stay away from severely restricted diets, which limit your nutritional intake. You should aim to get rid of the fat and sugar in your diet, not the nutrients which you need.
Apart from that, stay away from alcohol as even a celebratory drink will add 150 calories. In fact, cutting back on alcohol can save you hundreds of calories. The right diet and exercise can leave you with an envious figure and a bright skin to flaunt off on your big day
