My wedding date was picked four months before the date and that means i have limited time to do any weight loss plan, so i just did not bother but at the same time i did not want to look fat on the wedding day. I got my dress and it was a lil tight on me but i didn't mind and i loved it, but by the time i tried it on on the wedding day, it was a lil loose on me and i bet i was looking so stressed and i did not do any weight loss plan.
Here are my tips, if you plan to loose weight before your wedding day;
- If you are in a serious relationship now, create a healthy lifestyle that will not only help you now but also in the future
- Immediately you pick a date, make sure you start your diet plan immediately
- Take a lot of water so as to hydrate you and also give your skin that lil glow (*wink)
- when you are going out for your shopping make sure you have healthy snacks in your bag e.g Apples
- Try to take the stairs rather than taking the elevator when out for shopping
- Eat more of vegetables and protein
- Do some dance practices and that will serve as your dance aerobics. Note: Dancing is a good exercise. so you can get some dance hit mix from your DJ for the wedding
- Eat smaller portions
- Have a diary for you diet plan and work out plan
- Let you partner be your text buddy. i.e text him daily your daily food intake and routine. He will be glad to encourage and support you more
- Sleep and rest very well.
