Weight loss before wedding

I will like to share with you my own story then will mention few ways in which you can loose weight before wedding.
My wedding date was picked four months before the date and that means i have limited time to do any weight loss plan, so i just did not bother but at the same time i did not want to look fat on the wedding day. I got my dress and it was a lil tight on me but i didn't mind and i loved it, but by the time i tried it on on the wedding day, it was a lil loose on me and i bet i was looking so stressed and i did not do any weight loss plan.

Here are my tips, if you plan to loose weight before your wedding day;

  • If you are in a serious relationship now, create a healthy lifestyle that will not only help you now but also in the future
  • Immediately you pick a date, make sure you start your diet plan immediately
  • Take a lot of water so as to hydrate you and also give your skin that lil glow (*wink)
  • when you are going out for your shopping make sure you have healthy snacks in your bag e.g Apples
  • Try to take the stairs rather than taking the elevator when out for shopping
  • Eat more of vegetables and protein
  • Do some dance practices and that will serve as your dance aerobics. Note: Dancing is a good exercise. so you can get some dance hit mix from your DJ for the wedding
  • Eat smaller portions
  • Have a diary for you diet plan and work out plan
  • Let you partner be your text buddy. i.e text him daily your daily food intake and routine. He will be glad to encourage and support you more
  • Sleep and rest very well.
